3. Duty, Tax, and Fee Refund Policy:

Please note that any duties, taxes, or customs fees that are levied by your local customs office are non-refundable by our company. If you refuse to pay these charges and the shipment is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods, minus any shipping costs and additional fees incurred during the return process.

 

4. Shipping Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If a refund or replacement is deemed appropriate, it will be processed in accordance with our standard return and refund policies.
